Janhit Foundation stands as a beacon of hope for abused children, those coerced into marriage, or pushed into labor. Collaborating with organizations like the Kailash Satyarthi Foundation, Janhit Foundation extends its reach to safeguard and rehabilitate children across 150 villages in Meerut and 150 villages in Baghpat.
Responding to Victims of POCSO:
Janhit Foundation is dedicated to providing comprehensive assistance to victims of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. Recognizing the importance of legal support, Janhit Foundation ensures access to qualified attorneys who offer pro bono services. Additionally, mental health treatment is provided to aid in the healing process, acknowledging the psychological trauma endured by victims. Janhit Foundation also assists victims through the settlement process to ensure they receive the compensation they rightfully deserve.
Ongoing Cases:
Currently, Janhit Foundation is actively addressing nine cases of child sexual abuse in Meerut and seven cases in Baghpat. These numbers underscore the prevalence of the issue and the urgent need for assistance and intervention.

One of the most harrowing outcomes of child marriage is forced pregnancy, thrusting young girls into the daunting responsibilities of motherhood when they should be in classrooms shaping their futures.
